With over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, Jerome Coustillas has managed to perfect the fine balance between flavor, texture and aroma so as to create inspirational dishes that lift the gustatory experience to a different level. His passion; to tantalize and surprise each and every guest’s culinary palate.
Jerome has worked at some of the finest restaurants and hotels all over the world and cooperated with some of the biggest names in gastronomy. In his career he has held positions in the famous restaurants of Cap Eden Roc, The Palm d’ Or Restaurant of Hotel Martinez in Cannes and La Terrasse Restaurant of Hotel Juana a Juan. In 1996 he got his first assignment as a chef at the restaurant of Hotel Metropole and later on at the “W” Restaurant of the Warwick Hotel. His successful journey continued when he accepted the position of Consultant and Private Chef of the Prince of Morocco until the year 2000 when he moved to Russia to continue his culinary pursuit as Consultant and Chef in high end Restaurants.
